for example,

to get a fine painted finish on a product, he makes the process specification, in detail, on inputs, materials, tools, methods, precautions, safety aspects, and educates the technicians and trains them guiding step by step, so that by following these procedures, the technicians delivers the quality output with minimum waste, in minimum time, 

they will not know the full science and logic behind these specifications, yet by following the specs rightly as specified they produce the desired output

it is essential that those who make the procedures are fully knowledgeable 

if not, the specs they make may lead to disastrous results

similarly 

in spirituality the rituals and rules are formed by the best masters, based on the authenticity of self realization,

 

if not

they loose the very purpose for which they are made .

hence the emphasis on the purity of knowledge in every tradition

is one of the many features of devi

….in the sloka ”yaa devi sarva bhuteshu…..mathru rupena samsthitha”

..devi is a goddess, not one particular mother,

nor a statue in a temple,

but it is the principle of mother in all pranis,

whether cat dog monkey human, chicken, bird, elephant, lion

..the principle of motherly care , responsibility, love, tender qualities, patience, in conceiving, giving birth

and protecting, feeding,

teaching skills , play , work, protection ,

cleaning, sanitation, etc.

..which are common features of mother in all pranis

… when i saw a cat attending to her children,

so lovingly , and commitment, against all odds, involving hard work,

i really was thrilled to see mother ”devi”’ in it

……………..that is how devi is eternal ,

all pervading in all beings, sarva bhuteshu,

not localized in time or space or to a specie

…so similarly all gods are particular eternal, principles,

eternal non changing laws of nature governing the universe

While Sampatkari was the captain of the elephant regiment, Aswarooda was the captain of the cavalry. Jwala malini protected the army by creating a fire ring around it. Para Shakthi rode in the center on the chariot of Chakra. Nithya destroyed a large chunk of Bandasura’s armies, Bala killed the son of Bandasura, and Manthrini and Dhandini killed his brothers called Vishanga and Vishukra. When the asuras created a blockade for the marching army, Lalitha Tripura sundari created Ganesha with the help of Kameshwara to remove the blockade. Then Bandasura created the asuras called Hiranyaksha, Hiranya Kasipu and Ravana. The devi created the ten avatars of Vishnu and destroyed them. She killed all his army using Pasupathastra and killed him with Kameshwarasthra. The gods then praised her. She then recreated Manmatha for the good of the world. This story is contained in the first 84 names of the first 34 slokas of Lalitha sahasranama. All together it contains one thousand names. This is also called the Rahasya Nama Sahasra (the thousand secret names). Reading it, meditating on the meaning of the names would lead to the fulfillment of all the wishes of the devotees

    bhagavathi chethana---what, how, why, when

chethana=consciousness= awareness

life in unenlightened stage is lived in 3 states---

1. sleep--suptha chethana

2. dream--swapna chethana

3. waking--jagruth chethana

4.  the fourth state---transcendental--thuria- chethana--chathurtham 

the state of settled state of mind, momentary in the beginning, a deep silence

a passing first glimpse is the beginning of a true love story,

the mind falling for the love at first vision,

and craving to have the darshan, sparshan ,of man mohan, 

searching and waiting for the eternally charming absolute, 

a radha after shyam.. and shyam luring yet eluding, playing flute—-

it's a life long romance for a few, in their inner yaan,

an eternal inspiration for others to sing the glory of him

in bhajan, keerthan, gungaan, 

a worthy theme for few others, to create romantic poetry

weaving as web and warps, the transient reality and mystery

creating lokas and romantic characters in upakhyanas, udanthas.

here is the first level of the aspirant, 

most stay stuck here, eternally searching, having had the vision, 

and not knowing a sure way to move forward, compromising into thinking that their search it self as the goal ,

sadhana continues, alternating silence and activity , nervous system gradually gets refined and retains the silence while in activity leading to

5.   the 5th state, cosmic --vishva chethana

experience is karma sukaushalam=easiness in business

petals of gnan sprout, gyana prasoonaamba blessing, identification of himself with the univesre as one

Human body is born with best of purity, perfection, yet, if you believe in rebirth, it has remnants of impurities---remnants of karma day to day done, like metal gets work hardened if bent and unbent a number of times ---it will be annealed to regain its original malleability ductility ---in the same way --this personality has to undergo repeated purification, for body we take bath --for mind ---for intellect some good book/lecture/satsng.---for feeling level ,fine arts, music dance, bhakthi on a istha devatha,---for yet deeper levels meditation etc are the ways

sadhna results in accelerated purification, thus we get evolution in to higher states, and mukthi will be faster. as the purification intensifies thru regularity of sadhana, the mind and nervous system retain awareness abundantly, stresses having been eliminated , individual becomes nicely refined and divine virtues., rather divinity descends in to him, so he becomes a personification of god like kishan, lakshmi, ram, --their features become his property --like prasanna vadanam,mandsmitha vadanaaravindam . no more he will be tossed up and down will be a calm deep ocean , though he is engaged in the most busy activities---essential to lead a eminently successful life, in every sense of the term

now the system is so pure, refined, mind gaining the subtles stastes 

with ease

6.   the 6th atate arrives, all devi devathas pleased and ready to come in to this purified temple----godly--bhagavathi chethana

He system becomes a transparent host to invite devi devathas.

he invokes siva, and all the characterisics and features qualities will be housing in him

if he invites vishnu . vishnu's qualities and so on

this is the state one is ready to aavahan the devathas.

spirituality can be much more easily understood with analogy of internet and computer.

our ista devatha is like our home page within it you can invite other websites

If googe is home page, within it you can browse yahoo,rediff etc 

if shiva is istha, thru him you can invite vishnu

so it is possible to enter shivlilok and from their within vishnulok, brahma lok, indralok.

basic rquiremet is the computer, our system, should be freed from clutter

there are 33 koti devi devathas--like several web sites--with their special characteristics, capabilities, mahimas, as extolled in astothara shatha,,sahasra naamas.

we take a gods name and a characteristic, and we invoke them in to ourselves, along with their special mahimas, life becomes a mahimaanvitham-- glorious.

just like we take a web site, we apply a theme , different themes being available.

google is not made by me but all the power and capability of google i command--since i connected to net and i invoked google--basic is my computer is very good latest model, highly evolved, pure from all virus and clutter. hard disc is having high capacity ram also is powerful large capacity.

similarly our system goes thru purification and expands capability to invite gods and their mahima.

all the knowledge of all gods --like wiki -- the samhitha--the collected --unified in the gods web sites can be accessed in that gods website

so are gods knowledge opens inside.

so there is every need to do sadhana and evolve/update ourselves moment to moment with the cosmic evolution , need to be able to enjoy infinite possibility within the limited body mind complex--like a pc with its h/w and s/w and net, is able to scan the earth google earth, --is able to listen music, see dance, hear speeches.

so all the gungaan, naama vali, vedas, puranas, episodes, all the help, understanding are possible , virtually one can create his universe as beautiful and charming as a heaven by down loading heaven in to his system.

and like all web sites are waiting to welcome us to enjoy all their capability, all devi devathas are waiting to invite us to get downloaded on to our system,

if we do not avail google, what google will do

7.   7th state--unity—kaivalya chetana

as the pc having explored , having become familiar with all the sites, all lokas, having been further updated, and upgraded to much more powerful version now interacts with the site owners, lokaadhipathees, and they so pleased with this pc and its owner will be happy to invite him to their lokas and offer the seat just next to themselves making him the co-owner co- adhipathi

he integrates all lokas and adhipathees and joins the supreme who is governing the entire lokaas and adhipathees and pleased., he makes him the joint owner, the ruler . and gradually hands over his supreme seat having found him worthy and loves him so much that he mingles with him unites with his consciousness and the individual consciousness finally and permanently becomes the sole supreme ruler of the universe a jagannath, his command most lovingly obeyed by all the devidevathas.

and all the lokas just reveal to him as if a new bright light has lighted,.the paramjyothi

he is at will to to stay in the body system or stay as awareness unlimited by even the least limited by body.

and after living his life at his will he may drop his body, having served all and best purpose fully, , completing the longest journey from uncountable births and deaths and will stay as awareness governing the universe for ever

   after matured sadhana, heightened awareness gets stabilized in all our activities, 24 h , in sleep dream wake states , and one experience wakefulness continuously, he hears even his snore, sees his sleep, & dream while body remains in sound sleep  hence devathas are said to be artha nimeelitha nethra or animesha, non blink

    

U unique and universal

one will become universal when one accesses one's self which is the universal core in every being , and there by one reaches out to the community around, society, state, country, humanity, all the living beings, even the inanimate, in divine love"

   mystery begins

vague things, perceived when i was 8 , some flashes of some poetic, unclear flow, but definitely i felt it's happening inside me --once , resulting in some exhilaration, unusual and characteristic, alas , i could neither catch it and talk out nor could scribble it .

it just passed and i wasted a decade .

in my be course in the class room my prof was teaching with elaborate equations the heat flow process in the subject ''heat and mass transfer'', again a flash happened in the mind indicating to me that i discovered a n equation thru which every phenomena can be deduced and understood or derived . alas, neither could i explain nor put on paper but it did give an affirmation that i have discovered a valuable thing, 

it too just passed and i wasted another decade.

fortunately i stumbled upon tm 

now things are not as slippery as they were

except with a lament that ''if only i had that opportunity at 8 or at least 18 ......''

this is where, we have lost ourselves lost the life. this is when we must give the technique to the budding youth , to blossom in to gnana prasunam, --a way to reach in to his depth and accelerate the pace of evolution that is possible only for a human being.

hence one of the 16 shodasha samskaras the ''upanayana''

oh what a loss , youth has lost the wealth, the character , having only trivial at their disposal in plenty

   my definition of and my way to success.

i did study quite a few good books and observed the life and achievements of great successful people. and drew my own conclusions which i share a below

these are my views, and may differ with others, it is ok, not necessary to agree.

i define success as attaining mukthi, moksha, liberation, ultimately

------ within the span of 100 years and start my sadhana quite early in life, 

work diligently on the knowledge and techniques prescribed and taught by guru 

----evolve into higher consciousness swiftly, early, 

------skipping all the other lesser aims wisely or to assign the less priority to invest time resources attention and ------

join eternally with unity consciousness never to return again in a rebirth.

once i define my success, clearly, all my thoughts actions orient automatically, in natural course, and way is clear, nature starts cooperating, and with least effort or compulsions and impositions 

i flow spontaneous to a state with which just my wishes get materialized with least effort, not to bother nor worry in any way on any thing, 

accomplishments like money career profession, comforts, health, behavior, all result in the most suitable proportion not to ever to hanker for them.

Things become so easy and path is so nice, it is just pure happiness absolute play 

life really above the earth plane while in this life.

and soon all mysteries get revealed as open book 

the great thing about it is that all happens in the most favorable way myself not even knowing what is good to me.

so i pursue, i enjoy , i live, smiling

   Ever since my graduation in engineering, 

i am a full-time professional 

ever since my graduation in spirituality, 

i am a full-time poet-philosopher

both going concurrently, 

complementing each other

me seeing my boss as bhagavan

and seeing bhagavan as my boss

me seeing my factory as the universe

and seeing the universe as my factory

me seeing work as worship

and seeing worship as work

   We were taught this, i call it seeing things in maximum zoom out, where one finds ok of all, 

the purpose of all spirituality to arrive at ok state

one traveler noticed large gourds for slender creeper, and small fruits for mighty banyan, felt god is foolish 

he was tired slept under the tree, on waking found that on him have fallen a good number of banyan fruits.

he now realized, if banyan had as big fruits as gourd , what would have been his fate!!!

and thanked god for his wisdom and begged pardon for his folly 

such stories surely are valuable to all

Geetha has raised arjun's zoom to maximum out showing visva roopa and instantly arjun saw all in fitness and overcame grief and went ahead

       Aan aspect of me wants to be silent, like a sadhu, muni in maun

another aspect of me wants to be as active as a sportsman

one other is a kavi, wants to flow in mysterious poetry

yet another wants to be a ₹ to solve divine riddles

a daaku in me wants to cheat and rob, 

a devatha in me wants to dwell in the darbar of devendra

an engineer in me likes to redesign the universe

i am a monkey jumping from branch to branch

a cow, chewing the cud of memories

a bird, trying to fly without wings

i am an insignificant insect,

really a tiniest speck of dust 

yet within this worthless cage of flesh and bones

are truly a bundle of infinite personalities one trying excel other

a universe , compacted, packaged

delivered thru the womb of mother

what is all this, sense or nonsense?

is god, a genius or just an idiot ? or both?

i know not the truth forsooth

   spirituality in profession raises once perspective to such a high level ,and blossoms one's creativity to such a high level , that he accomplishes the results without hangama, show, domination, talks, speeches, orders, overtakingness, jealousy, bias, fear, hatred, without throwing his weight around

,----all he doing in fact nothing, but accomplishments happen in visible results, by the environ he creates around him, he not working 24x7, not burning midnight oil, not striving for 3p ' pay perks promotions, padma awards or booker prizes or tv/video shows ,never striving to be most influential .

most of the time he remains unseen, doing his little things alone, but open to any who needs his help . he is not the player not even director, he is more just a scriptwriter, scribbling the bare sketches of future as per his fancy and seeing things happen without his involvement.

People around him are just happy souls enjoying the full confidence and approvals for what they contribute and are just busy in delivering the best possible to make worthy of presenting to the leader .

He never supervises nor controls, but his unit is self disciplined. He is in fact a manager without limitations. I am yet to see when our great iim ‘/ iit ‘ s will raise such a crop of spiritually enlightened professionals, tho I happened to see a few in my profession around 

In contrast , i see the present environ, including at the pm's post --people around with corruption, money ,power, favors, publicity, undisciplined under even imposed discipline . i only wish that such leadership must rise. and probably will rise

   standardisation vs creativity.

human  has two opposing levels of existence simultaneously.

1  non changing and

2  ever changing.

as non changing entity, he would like to standardize on a few, rather on one which can serve all needs at all times.

--so he may not choose to pick new from the infinite choices, leaving them as surplus.

as changing entity he likes to be always ever new in every aspect, so the birth of variety and fashion, once used, then thrown to pick other.

this is eternal ,his interests as per his 2 themes.

his choice, consciously cultivated or happening unconsciously , --is his definition of his personality.

while new leaves and new twigs are born and flourish, the tree still retains its outer bark, to dry and fall on its own, not shaking them off with self efforts.

just to balance, our tradition of giving alms to needy, disposes the olds creatively , overcoming the greed to retain for no purpose.

otherwise the nature's own mechanism of biological decay or insects worms bacteria.

variety some times is a time waster and distraction to ones purpose of living, dissipating in trifles and trivials.

hence, a dress code for spiritual, like sanyasi/brahmachari-----also in present times for students, factory workers, security and others.

finally, nothing is waste, and everything is waste too, as you dwell on things.

which corrupt our values 

corrupt our personality 
corrupt our natural right to anand 

no other way
any other will not solve

available aplenty.

ways commercialism ,

take help from great.
enough guidance exists 

a little practice is missing
take things to heart 

pray god, meditate 
surely chastity, honesty will dawn

starting with yourself ,

my brother brought one, and i was flabbergasted at the visions, enjoyed fun viewing them for hours, days months

i was curious to know the mystery of the toy-just by little rotation, giving unexpected patterns, unending, each a new.

so somehow i meddled with it and opened it to see what is inside.

shocked i was, to see just a few mirrors and pieces of colored glass, understood how it works

i put them back and saw again 

yes it was giving new pattrns as usual like earlier

but the viewing was no more charming and i lost interest in it .
