all with own will

or forced by circumstances or compulsions.....

sometimes yielding,

sometimes resisting ..........

all trying to be back at centre ....

but unable to know the way ...

guru shows the way....

takes him to destination ie the centre ......

his journey ends

tattva jñānāt paraṃ nāsti

There is no higher truth than the Guru,

no higher penance than (service to) the Guru, 

there is nothing higher than Realization of the Knowledge of the truth imparted by the Guru.

has become  immersed in the ecstasy,  is now seeing the  transcendental reality of his external guru 

as nothing but the same as the internal guru, the gyan jyothi 

and singing the glory of both together , the plane of reference becoming transparent, non existent 

Tattvam, tat tvam , that you 

ie, the essence, what that exists basically, fundamentally,and really, 

ie truth of existence of you / truth of existence of individual ,

or simply the truth 

when shishya experiences this truth, and since he could experience only with the help of guru , and comes to know that himself, and external guru are nothing but truth , he simply utters what he felt 

that is guru himself is the truth

hence there is no greater thing as guru 

so no greater thing than guru guidance 

so na guror adhikam tattvam 

applicable for external guru and internal guru both , they both merged, merged with his own self in essence, the truth 

hence

    i recall a momentary association, decades ago, in design,manufacture of a control desk for isro, in which i had encountered the quality consciousness, scepticism, concern of the senior engineer who came to inspect and approve the item for shipment.

he was so much committed to an isro's project to become a success that i had tough time to convince him on the quality, he going into minute details and trying to find out any possible flaws in the item including its good looks apart from its right ****nction in every detail,not withstanding the good re****tion our unit had.

this gave me a good lesson that any thing cannot be ignored/taken for granted as far as a engg products are concerned. and i watched isro rising from success to success. and see it with a great pride, having seen only a sample of their technical staff with such high calibre.

google''antariksh'' to know more about this pride unit. do not stop at reading the news such as this, to get a balanced view. i do not propose mistakes be ignored, but story is much more

  i am so ''great'' that i pointed out spelling mistake done by my teacher

he wrote ''maintainance'' instead of ''maintenance''

he was flabbergasted, and thanked me to have corrected him 

now i can relate this little incident

for proactive, how i wish good people, who are in majority, take little step forward in social interactions, encourage goodwill and good humor, 

--sense in advance what is cooking, and do some preventive

--like to control possible disease some anti vaccination done, 

---and nip in the bud the negative trends.

i have seen such initiative from a senior executive in a psu, ie shri Rao C Kasarbada, ceo, ECIL,who used to do very casual conversation with the different section employees and union leaders and 

--without their knowing, used to influence the work community with nice mingling, good jokes and helping in their personal problems, and see that by all means the interests of the company are not put to risk 

--and he did prevent imminent strike, not by some counseling / moral teaching, but involving into them as a family, and appearing to sail with them.

but he was  sincere to the core, not seeking anything to himself, not fame, popularity, promotion

--his sincerity was touching., he virtually was a god for us to whom one can turn to receive help and solace, without his level /status inhibiting anyone.

on a larger scale, purely from humanitarian angle, such social initiative  may prevent negative things .

i repeat the intention must be one of just help, with 100% sincerity.

Freely venting suppressed emotions, thru this social informal communication among the community probably will cool the people to natural good behavior.

the product can be a car, a fan, a toy, a painting, a sculpture, a song, a dance , a drama, an essay, a poem anything

a perfection is not hypothetical, not above earthly, a real possibility if it is within the permissible limits of / within specified tolerance, and is meeting all the specs and passes all the specified tests , it's a perfect product, perfection is visible by tested and proven parameters and its acceptable performance within specification"

People around him are just happy souls enjoying the full confidence and approvals for what they contribute and are just busy in delivering the best possible to make worthy of presenting to the leader .

He never supervises nor controls, but his unit is self disciplined. He is in fact a manager without limitations. I am yet to see when our great iim ‘/ iit ‘ s will raise such a crop of spiritually enlightened professionals, tho I happened to see a few in my profession around
